Description

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions for financial compliance and control processes.
  • Use automation and analytics tools to monitor GAAP and IFRS adherence, identify anomalies, and reduce manual work in reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with finance, audit, and technology teams to strengthen internal control frameworks.
  • Evaluate existing controls, identify gaps, and implement intelligent monitoring systems for ongoing compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits by streamlining audit preparation, documentation, and evidence gathering with AI tools.
  • Ensure accurate application of revenue recognition standards, including contract analysis and performance obligation identification.
  • Support lease accounting processes, including classification, measurement, and reporting under ASC 842 / IFRS 16.
  • Translate accounting requirements into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve financial compliance, controls, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Proven experience in internal controls design, testing, and audit support.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue recognition and lease accounting processes.
  • Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or automation tools in finance, such as RPA or machine learning-based monitoring systems.
  • Ability to translate accounting requirements into scalable technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with finance, audit, and technology teams.
  • CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 2–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial compliance preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation or finance automation initiatives is a plus.
