Description

  • Make 80–120+ outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients in the U.S. financial services sector.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers at banks, mortgage companies, insurance firms, debt collection agencies, and other financial institutions.
  • Deliver a strong opening pitch, handle objections, and convert conversations into qualified leads or appointments.
  • Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Maintain and update prospect lists using lead generation tools.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm leads and share market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 1–6 years of experience in B2B outbound cold calling, with cold calling as the primary responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience calling into the U.S. market, especially banks, financial services, mortgage, insurance, or debt collection.
  • Comfortable working US time zones, including EST/CST shifts.
  • Proven track record of high call volumes and measurable outcomes such as leads generated or appointments set.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and confident phone presence.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to hold engaging conversations with gatekeepers and C-level contacts.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Experience using auto-dialers such as JustCall, Aircall, Kixie, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with US financial services terminology and decision-making structures is preferred.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Basic awareness of TCPA regulations is preferred.
