Description

  • Own end-to-end project planning, including scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain project governance cadences and PMO-aligned delivery processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Track and manage dependencies across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Manage scope changes through structured change control and assess impact on timeline, cost, and delivery capacity.
  • Facilitate delivery rhythms such as working sessions, weekly check-ins, and leadership updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, stakeholder updates, and handover packs.
  • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and are operationally ready for go-live.
  • Produce dashboards and executive summaries covering delivery confidence, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring delivery issues and proposing process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in project management within a technology, SaaS, platform, or implementation environment.
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects involving engineering and product teams.
  • Hands-on experience using Smartsheet and/or Odoo Projects for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Jira is required to collaborate with engineering teams and interpret delivery artifacts.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Additional related certifications are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in ticketing, events, travel, hospitality, or high-volume consumer platforms is a plus.
  • Experience delivering integrations with APIs, partners, or third-party vendors is preferred.
  • Exposure to multi-market launches, localization, or international delivery teams is preferred.
  • European language skills are a plus; English is required.
