Description

  • Serve as an internal and external point of contact for program operations.
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives from start to finish.
  • Manage program scope, risks, issues, and change requests to protect delivery success.
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings, document action items, and distribute recaps.
  • Create and maintain timelines, project trackers, status reports, and other project documentation.
  • Build workflows, train teams, and manage tasks and deliverables using project management software.
  • Ensure programs follow applicable PMO templates, processes, and standards.
  • Identify process improvements and manage implementation, training, and adherence.
  • Partner with client service counterparts, channel leadership, vendors, and agencies to support account success.
  • Contribute to key PMO initiatives while managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency managing mid- to large-scale digital programs with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification expected within one year of eligibility; Wpromote covers training fees.
  • Strong experience with Asana or similar task management software, including workflow creation and team training.
  • Experience documenting and tracking multiple simultaneous tasks, deadlines, risks, issues, and changes.
  • Experience creating or supporting project management plans, logs, and status reports.
  • Working knowledge of digital creative, paid media, earned media, analytics, and client management workflows.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partner agencies.
  • U.S. work authorization required; the position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
