Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide customers with the services they need.
  • Manage customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback across voice, WhatsApp, social media, email, live chat, and other channels.
  • Act as a source of information for customers and support their overall service experience.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department and follow up through to resolution.
  • Make outbound telemarketing and sales calls for company projects.
  • Collect, accurately record, and report customer feedback, information, and leads.
  • Maintain individual KPIs, including quality scores, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Update customer records and case logs accurately in the CRM system.
  • Support client merchants and service providers by handling their inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, spoken and written.
  • Good computer literacy and confident use of standard office applications.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
