Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces and AI platform.
  • Set the direction for agent experiences and drive delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data.
  • Sequence work so first-party and third-party agent surfaces reinforce each other and share common primitives.
  • Define quality standards for non-deterministic AI products, including evals, guardrails, and success metrics.
  • Balance developer-facing surfaces such as MCP and APIs with an approachable assistant for creators.
  • Represent the agent area to leadership and turn strategy into committed cross-functional plans.
  • Navigate and resolve cross-functional disagreement across Engineering, GTM, and other stakeholders.
  • Prototype ideas, contribute directly in code when useful, and stay close to implementation.
  • Make durable multi-year bets as AI models, protocols, and techniques evolve.
  • Set reusable patterns and standards, and mentor PMs and partners as the practice grows.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Deep expertise in AI-powered systems.
  • Experience owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
  • Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
  • Experience defining evals, guardrails, and success metrics for non-deterministic products.
  • Experience building both developer-grade tools and products for less-technical creators.
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
  • Curiosity and fluency in emerging AI technologies.
  • Preferred: substantial hands-on work with LLM-based tools and understanding of where they shine and break down.
