Description

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting at the subsidiary and consolidated levels.
  • Oversee accounts payable operations, including vendor invoice review, payment cycle monitoring, and payment disbursement.
  • Reconcile AP aging between Bill.com and NetSuite and prepare semi-monthly aging reports.
  • Prepare and review complex journal entries and perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Update time allocation percentages for new hires and existing employees on a monthly basis.
  • Manage complex intercompany transactions and allocate direct, overhead, and compensation-related expenses across subsidiaries.
  • Maintain and reconcile intangible assets and prepaid expense schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, automation, and controls within corporate accounting and general ledger processes.
  • Support external audits by coordinating PBC requests, providing analysis, and managing audit communications.
  • Collaborate with system vendors and internal teams to optimize accounting systems and support automation and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, NetSuite, Bill.com, and Expensify; Workiva is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP.
  • Experience with multiple subsidiaries and intercompany allocations/eliminations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to tailor communication to the audience.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a professional, proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and comfort managing multiple projects.
  • Self-starter with initiative, creativity, and sound judgment.
  • Customer-centric, team-oriented mindset and high ethical standards.
