Description

  • Partner with People Operations leadership on organizational design, leveling, and career pathways.
  • Build talent development pipelines for individual contributor and manager pathways.
  • Design the early career and apprenticeship pipeline to grow homegrown talent.
  • Create the first-time manager program and ongoing manager and hiring manager training.
  • Research and define elite individual-contributor performance and related development pathways.
  • Own the company and industry onboarding curriculum to ramp new hires faster.
  • Support goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration in the performance cycle.
  • Partner with team leadership to build product-area fluency and role-specific knowledge.
  • Develop curricula, assessments, guides, scripts, and communications for talent programs.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, leadership development, organizational development, or change management.
  • Background in consulting or organizational psychology/sociology is welcome.
  • Experience building and shipping talent programs such as leveling frameworks, performance review cycles, leadership development programs, development pipelines, or early career programs.
  • Experience in a relevant consulting practice or on an innovative People team at a high-growth technology company is a strong signal.
  • Exceptional writing skills for curricula, scripts, guides, and communications.
  • Comfort facilitating sessions, orientations, and live audience discussions.
  • Academic mindset with the ability to evaluate research rigorously.
  • Affinity for fintech and interest in becoming an industry expert.
