Description

  • Build, update, and continuously maintain Walmart US planograms.
  • Use JDA Space Planning Software in daily planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain weekly reports, tracking, and ad hoc analytics.
  • Identify e.l.f. growth opportunities and provide actionable data-driven recommendations.
  • Present planogram reset recommendations to retail partners.
  • Collaborate with Walmart’s customer space-planning team to execute resets.
  • Brief inline and off-shelf programs into Wrike and track their progress.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising on fixture needs and customer reset execution.
  • Maintain seasonal Canadian product libraries for all e.l.f. Beauty brands.
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Innovation, Sales, and Operations to ensure effective reset execution.

Requirements

  • Located in the Greater Bentonville area and able to travel regularly to the Walmart location.
  • 2–5 years of proficient JDA Pro Space experience.
  • Cosmetics or white-wall retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Interest in and passion for the beauty industry.
