Description

  • Lead the strategy, development, and day-to-day management of client loyalty programs.
  • Develop initiatives to drive program adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client data and program performance to make data-driven recommendations and refine offerings.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, client teams, and technology teams to ensure seamless program execution and integration.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, including seasonal, tier-based, and milestone rewards.
  • Oversee the customer journey from enrollment through reward redemption to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Monitor and report on program metrics such as participation, redemption, CSAT, and ROI.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources within budget constraints.
  • Identify program enhancement opportunities and propose new features or offerings to improve performance and revenue.
  • Own the working relationship with clients and internal teams, including workload prioritization, staffing support, and indirect team management; the role may include direct reports.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in client services, account management, relationship management, or customer loyalty roles.
  • Experience within the financial services industry, including working with or within banks, credit unions, or card issuers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of financial services terminology, culture, and business drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, loyalty program platforms, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, documentation, and over-communication.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience navigating compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks common in financial institutions, such as GLBA, CCPA, and banking regulations, is preferred.
  • Experience with card-linked loyalty, banking rewards, or co-brand partnerships is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with marketing operations or managing marketing CRM platforms is preferred.
