Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client management and communication.
  • Deliver cross-functional insights, recommendations, and trusted-advisor guidance based on client business goals.
  • Manage the client services planning cadence, including weekly and monthly check-ins, 1:1s, executive check-ins, and EBRs.
  • Prepare and publish agendas, follow-up notes, client presentations, weekly updates, and other communications.
  • Develop, manage, and operationalize account plans and strategic and technical roadmaps.
  • Partner with internal and client teams to guide program strategies, initiatives, and work streams.
  • Support loyalty program optimization, including bonus offer planning, management, measurement, and reporting.
  • Field and manage requests and changes to program administration, including earn rules configuration and logic changes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues and coordinate with technology and issue-resolution teams.
  • Coordinate estimates, timelines, progress tracking, Jira time tracking, resource allocation, forecasting, and invoicing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in the marketing or loyalty industry.
  • Strong understanding of general marketing principles; promotional and CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts, projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Retail industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with strategic and tactical marketing across email, mobile, and social channels based on customer journeys.
  • Foundational understanding of financial business principles and data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
