Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security services and IT services sectors.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and conduct high-level outreach to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, OEM partners, and industry influencers.
  • Use consultative, value-based selling to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and advance opportunities through to close.
  • Close high-value deals, exceed sales targets, and generate profitable revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business unit leaders to support service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, best practices, and account planning to move opportunities forward.
  • Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform positioning.
  • Prepare strategic account plans, maintain forecasting accuracy, and represent the company at industry and client events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field business development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in services sales.
  • Proven success in business development or sales within the security services industry.
  • Extensive network in the security and technology sectors, including OEM and industry influencer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close high-value deals with executive-level clients.
  • Experience converting pipeline into sales and cross-selling or upselling services to existing clients.
  • Ability to close at least 12 new logo accounts per year.
  • Strong skills in value-based selling, consultative sales, and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Extensive travel required.
  • Experience using Netsuite for pipeline building and forecasting is required.
