Description

  • Design and build GTM systems that automate lead routing, pipeline movement, lifecycle workflows, and related revenue operations processes.
  • Sync data across CRM, billing, product, and support tools to create a unified GTM operating environment.
  • Own systems end-to-end from discovery and build through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
  • Develop sales automation workflows, account intelligence systems, and pipeline infrastructure.
  • Build expansion and churn detection engines that generate real-time signals for sales prioritization, growth opportunities, and retention risks.
  • Create AI-powered workflows to qualify and enrich leads, detect buying signals, prioritize accounts, surface deal risks, and recommend next-best actions.
  • Automate repetitive decision-making across GTM workflows using LLMs and AI agents.
  • Transform CRM, product usage, campaign, and conversation data into actionable insights for revenue teams.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates, speed to lead, pipeline velocity, and sales productivity.
  • Define success metrics and own measurable business outcomes end to end.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, CRM Architecture, or a closely related systems/automation role.
  • Experience building automation, integrations, or AI-driven systems in a SaaS or GTM environment.
  • Experience shipping at least one LLM-powered workflow in production that solved a real business problem.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and workflows, APIs, webhooks, and automation logic.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, and data systems.
  • Comfort working with messy, unstructured data and fast iteration cycles.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable business impact such as pipeline, conversion, and velocity.
  • Builder mindset with a preference for creating systems over managing processes.
  • Ability to work remotely across time zones with global teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required, with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Intercom is relevant for CRM and CX work.
  • Experience with Stripe or Chargebee is relevant for billing workflows.
  • Experience with Clay, Zapier, Make, or n8n is relevant for automation.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, or webhooks is relevant for development work.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, and dashboards is relevant for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agents is relevant for the AI portion of the role.
