Description

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Develop scalable application logic, data flows, and service-side integrations.
Build production-ready systems that support customer-facing product experiences.
Use AI tools such as Cursor and agent-assisted workflows to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and delivery.
Write maintainable, testable, and observable code with attention to correctness, performance, and reliability.
Investigate production issues, participate in incident handling, and contribute to sustainable fixes and operational improvements.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical designs.
Contribute to engineering practices around code quality, release confidence, and service ownership.
Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure serving customers across 190+ countries.

Requirements

Experience building backend services, APIs, business logic, and supporting infrastructure.
Comfort owning features end to end.
Experience contributing to production support and incident response when needed.
Strong interest in backend problem-solving and reliable distributed systems.
Comfort working in an engineering environment that uses AI agents and tools like Cursor in day-to-day development.
Ability to use AI-assisted workflows effectively while maintaining high quality.
Familiarity with production-ready development using technologies such as Go, C#, Node.js, Python, and MongoDB.
Experience with maintainable, testable, and observable code practices.
Ability to collaborate closely with product and cross-functional engineering teams.
