Description

  • Partner with stakeholders across labels and global functions to identify problems and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions spanning Python backends, React interfaces, data pipelines, dashboards, and Streamlit applications.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate solution delivery and automate manual workflows.
  • Translate loosely defined business needs into practical products with limited context or curated requirements.
  • Communicate technical concepts in accessible language, manage expectations, and provide stakeholder updates.
  • Work across diverse problem spaces and adapt to changing technologies and business domains.
  • Use tools and systems aligned with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap and contribute to engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with the Product Solutions team and business stakeholders to deploy production-ready automation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with Python and data pipelining, such as ETL.
  • Experience with Snowflake or Databricks; familiarity with both is beneficial.
  • Experience with customer or stakeholder-facing engineering work.
  • Full-stack development experience, including backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI tools.
  • Familiarity with Genie Code, Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit is preferred.
  • Strong product sense and ability to develop solutions from ambiguous requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and a customer-focused bias toward action.
  • Passion for learning, feedback, and continuous growth.
  • Interest in music and motivation to support artists’ careers and earnings.
