Description

  • Generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for the commercial team.
  • Identify and engage target accounts across priority segments.
  • Build outbound prospecting campaigns and sequences.
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives and strategic target account work.
  • Lead AI-powered prospecting efforts using modern GTM tools, including Clay.
  • Build enrichment, prioritization, and outreach workflows that replace manual processes with scalable systems.
  • Activate and segment WalletConnect’s existing user base to uncover expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, follow up on events, and test messaging and channel experiments.
  • Own and manage inbound and smaller commercial opportunities end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Experience in an SDR, BDR, Growth, or Demand Generation role.
  • Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills.
  • Experience using modern GTM tooling.
  • High curiosity and proven experimentation with AI tools.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to work independently and operate in ambiguity.
  • Desire to build, not just execute.
  • Experience with Clay is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools in a commercial environment is preferred.
  • Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital assets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and revenue operations tools is preferred.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n is preferred.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
