Description

  • Own the creative strategy across organic and paid channels, including hooks, angles, formats, narratives, and testing plans.
  • Write scripts and briefs for short-form video content and ad creative.
  • Produce 30-50 ad creative variations per month and maintain consistent organic content output.
  • Work with the media buyer to interpret performance data and apply insights to the next creative iteration.
  • Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and adjacent niche content performance to guide creative decisions.

Requirements

  • A portfolio that shows range across talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonial, and meme-edit content.
  • Comfort discussing performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and hold rate.
  • Experience shipping hundreds of ad variations, not just dozens.
  • Strong writing skills for hooks, scripts, and captions.
  • Understanding of the full funnel, including how creative interacts with landing pages, offers, and audiences.
  • Background or genuine interest in markets, trading, quant finance, or technical subjects (preferred).
  • Ability to learn specialized subject matter quickly without misrepresenting it (preferred).
  • Experience building or growing your own creator account (preferred).
