Description

  • Define and prioritize VTEX’s checkout strategy, investments, and innovation areas.
  • Reshape how merchants extend and customize their VTEX experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to develop and launch checkout features.
  • Influence internal platform teams, including FastStore.
  • Lead adoption of the new Checkout product and migration from legacy solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap balancing near-term impact with long-term growth.
  • Partner with Growth and Commercial teams on go-to-market and adoption strategies.
  • Use data to optimize checkout performance and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or checkout products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product strategy and measure outcomes.
  • Ability to define long-term product vision while delivering short-term improvements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors in digital commerce.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills across teams and organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or checkout flows preferred.
  • Comfort working with AI-enabled product development workflows and functional prototyping preferred.
