Description

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user lifecycle, licensing, and service health.
  • Manage endpoint configuration and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune.
  • Administer Okta for identity and access management, SSO, and MFA enforcement.
  • Maintain and optimize Windows Server and Linux server environments.
  • Support and administer virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
  • Manage Active Directory, including group policies, organizational units, user and computer accounts, and trust relationships.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Document systems, procedures, configurations, and runbooks.
  • Respond to escalated support tickets and participate in on-call support as needed.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance upon hire.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, policy management, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Defender.
  • Experience administering Okta or a comparable identity provider.
  • Solid Azure administration skills, including Entra ID, resource management, and monitoring.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet products, including FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitch, and FortiClient VPN.
  • Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and VPN.
  • Active Directory administration experience, including GPO, LDAP, DNS integration, and user/group management.
  • Windows Server administration experience with 2016, 2019, or 2022 versions, including roles, features, patching, and hardening.
  • Linux server administration experience with Ubuntu, RHEL, or CentOS, including package management, services, logging, and security.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and tooling.
  • Experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management is preferred.
  • Experience with domain management, including DNS registrar administration, zone management, and domain transfers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, Okta Certified Administrator, NSE 4+, MCSA, or MCSE are preferred.
  • Must be eligible to obtain required export authorizations under U.S. export regulations and be a U.S. Person.
