Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal IT issues, incidents, and service requests.
  • Provide technical support for users, devices, applications, accounts, permissions, and access issues.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, including accounts, licenses, devices, groups, and permissions.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Manage users, groups, authentication methods, enterprise applications, and access controls in Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Administer Windows devices through Microsoft Intune, including deployment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and device restrictions.
  • Support Windows Autopilot and device provisioning, replacement, rebuilding, and retirement.
  • Deploy applications, manage software updates, and resolve compatibility issues using Microsoft Intune and related tools.
  • Support Microsoft Defender, endpoint security controls, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and Conditional Access/MFA policies.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, access, connectivity, and infrastructure issues through resolution, while maintaining documentation and improving processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Support, or senior IT Support role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows devices, and user account management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar endpoint and identity management platforms.
  • Experience managing user accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, and access controls.
  • Good understanding of Windows device management, software deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  • Good understanding of security principles, including least privilege, multifactor authentication, device compliance, and secure change management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, document changes clearly, and support a small technical team.
  • Preferred experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Azure, vulnerability management, ISO 27001, ITIL, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
