Description

  • Research, design, prototype, and implement advanced deep neural network architectures and other machine learning models.
  • Apply deep learning algorithms to train neural networks for object detection and classification.
  • Develop domain-aware preprocessing algorithms and methods to improve model generalization.
  • Apply signal preprocessing techniques to SAR data.
  • Create physics simulations of various phenomenologies and develop methods to reduce bias between simulated and real-world data.
  • Develop appropriate objective functions and performance assessment plans.
  • Present work at meetings and conferences.
  • Develop and deliver production-quality code, primarily in Python.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements, such as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual.
  • 2-5 years of applicable experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong background in machine learning, preferably deep neural networks.
  • Familiarity with radar sensing phenomenology.
  • Ability to program in multiple languages, including Python, Matlab, and C/C++.
  • Experience with open source frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a small business environment.
