Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for up to four strategic partners across North America and own partner growth in the territory.
  • Drive new logo wins and ARR growth jointly with strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales motions and business action plans spanning sales, marketing, and technical activities.
  • Build executive-level relationships between Voxology and partner organizations to increase commitment and investment.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement and training across technical solutions, sales methodology, pitching, marketing, social media positioning, and joint events.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Voxology’s technology and value proposition to support both partner and customer conversations.
  • Understand partner business models, success metrics, and objectives and align Voxology’s value proposition accordingly.
  • Focus on successful customer outcomes through the partner ecosystem.
  • Own the partner lifecycle from profiling and recruitment through enablement, funnel management, and deal closing.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships while operating independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in strategic partner sales and direct sales in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working with large mid-market or enterprise-focused VARs, integrators, MSPs, or GSIs, preferably with strong technical and CX solutions knowledge.
  • Experience building geographic partner businesses on a regional or national basis with key industry players.
  • Experience as a quota-carrying seller in partner and direct sales in North America with a strong record of meeting or exceeding goals, preferred.
  • Deep understanding of how to create and execute go-to-market strategies with large partner organizations.
  • Existing C-level relationships with strategic target partners such as VARs, integrators, and GSIs in North America.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently while managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to enthusiastically evangelize Voxology’s values to partners and their customers.
  • Proven sales ability with knowledge of sales processes and tools, especially active CRM management.

  • On-target earnings of $130,000 to $150,000.
