Description

  • Conduct client onboarding, case-management introductions, regular check-ins, and status updates.
  • Monitor clients’ medical treatment and completion of case-related requirements.
  • Track case progress and accurately document client interactions, files, and reports.
  • Manage deadlines, follow-ups, and calendar updates for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to request and provide necessary information.
  • Follow up on liability issues and policy limits with relevant parties.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, government agencies, and USCIS.
  • Prepare and send MedPay demands as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of law firm experience focused on Personal Injury and Immigration cases.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. Personal Injury and Immigration legal procedures and case management.
  • Customer service and sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law preferred.
  • Permanent residence in Latin America.
  • Reliable Windows or Mac laptop from 2017 or newer and stable internet connection.
