Description

  • Support SOC 2 Type II audit cycles through evidence collection, control walkthroughs, and automation of evidence workflows.
  • Conduct routine vendor risk assessments for third-party applications.
  • Implement technical controls for data retention policies and coordinate legal holds for critical systems.
  • Operate centralized logging and SIEM capabilities across IT-owned systems, including log onboarding, forwarding architecture, and data integrity.
  • Partner with the Security team on alert configuration, detection design, and incident response.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple IT systems.
  • Support governance guidelines and procedures in accordance with IT policies.
  • Troubleshoot escalated Employee Service Desk incidents and identify root causes to improve guidelines.
  • Execute, monitor, and control software patching and data backup procedures.
  • Evaluate new IT tools that improve confidentiality, availability, integrity, and automation.
  • Coordinate end-user requirements with other information system owners.

Requirements

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience administering Google Workspace in an enterprise environment.
  • 5+ years of experience administering cloud-first IT systems.
  • Experience administering Slack.
  • Experience administering an Identity Provider, including SSO and MFA governance in a cloud-first environment.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint policy enforcement; JumpCloud preferred.
  • Experience with modern endpoint security and XDR; SentinelOne Singularity preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues across Windows and macOS systems.
  • Experience integrating disparate information systems.
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and modern automation/integration platforms.
  • Experience implementing IT governance in organizations.
  • Experience developing and tracking IT metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in US English, including technical documentation and end-user training.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred.
  • Agile Project Management certification or equivalent studies preferred.
  • Experience with SentinelOne Singularity platform administration preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS FinOps or vendor negotiation to optimize SaaS spend preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting Android and Apple iOS systems preferred.
  • Experience maintaining and monitoring small-scale AWS services such as EC2, VPN, and proxy preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT operations across multiple time zones preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work from home in the US or Canada; visa sponsorship and transfers are not provided.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
