Description

  • Support a range of Microsoft 365 solutions and workloads for managed service clients.
  • Ensure identity-driven security using Entra ID aligns with defined standards and frameworks.
  • Maintain and evolve platform solutions and service levels for strategic managed service customers.
  • Monitor platform performance and drive cost-efficient service delivery.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of services and digital platforms.
  • Produce and update monthly service and platform reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business needs and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Work closely with internal team members to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID changes and advocate for digital workplace and cyber solutions.
  • Provide quality execution and guidance to become a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

  • Good experience producing high-quality documentation and solution artefacts.
  • Microsoft M365 certifications and accreditations such as MS-102 and SC-300 are essential.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-721, MS-700, SC-401, and AZ-900 are desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID, including GPO, MFA, PIM, RBAC, External ID, Conditional Access, and passwordless solutions.
  • Experience applying Microsoft Zero Trust Framework and security configuration standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, NCSC, NIST, CIS, ISO27001, and Cyber Essentials frameworks and how they translate to controls, policies, and baselines.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and connectivity requirements, including Entra Connect, networking fundamentals, and service performance.
  • Experience with on-premises Exchange, hybrid Exchange, and Exchange Online.
  • Experience migrating from on-premises to cloud-hosted solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Experience with digital workplace cyber tools such as BeyondTrust, Tenable, KnowBe4, and Island is beneficial.
  • PowerShell, Graph API, and automation experience is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams is required.
