Description

  • Manage new and existing customer onboarding from start to finish to ensure customers are market-ready and can perform successfully.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding journey and ongoing account lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets teams to coordinate activities, remove internal handoffs, and eliminate seams that delay onboarding.
  • Drive customer adoption and set expectations at the beginning of the customer journey to accelerate time-to-market.
  • Schedule and lead business meetings with internal teams and customers and communicate onboarding status to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate seamless internal handoffs and document processes to enable efficient cross-functional work.
  • Provide ongoing account support to customers and Sales post-onboarding, addressing account-related questions and issues.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships beyond onboarding to support revenue and long-term engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in the energy industry and/or working with commercial, industrial, or institutional facility customers is required.
  • Strong Salesforce experience and comfort using technology to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Process-minded with a demonstrated ability to develop and improve operational processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized record-keeping, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action.
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with operations leaders at commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Authorization to work from your home location in the US or Canada (Voltus does not sponsor visas or transfers) and willingness to adhere to the company’s global remote work/travel policies.

Benefits

  • Base pay $70,000–$74,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
  • 10% bonus paid semi-annually and equity participation.
