Description

  • Lead new customer onboarding and deliver effective training to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships through regular check-ins, guidance, and best-practice recommendations.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product improvements.
  • Build long-term customer partnerships that support satisfaction, retention, loyalty, and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales on expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as Tier 1 support for customers and resolve issues or escalate complex cases to internal teams.
  • Guide customers through their lifecycle with VOLT and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Support customer adoption of new features and maximize platform value.
  • Contribute to reducing churn by identifying and addressing customer needs proactively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within SaaS or technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel 50% for customer engagements, including implementation, training, and QBRs.

Benefits

  • Remote work location.
  • Compensation of $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
