Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Source candidates through internal tools, sourcing platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct recruiter screenings and structured interviews in English with candidates worldwide.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for multilingual and project-based hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations teams on hiring priorities and fulfillment needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS updates.
  • Provide daily activity reports and recruitment updates, including outreach, pipeline movement, and interview progress.
  • Support onboarding coordination and post-hire candidate engagement processes.
  • Occasionally support urgent or weekend hiring initiatives based on operational demand.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment, staffing, sourcing, HR, coordination, or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and screening background preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct structured and behavioral interviews confidently.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
  • Candidates must provide their own laptop or desktop and maintain reliable internet connectivity.
