Description

  • Review AI-generated responses and rate them for clarity, correctness, and relevance.
  • Annotate and label content according to project-specific guidelines and instructions.
  • Follow detailed written instructions consistently and apply quality standards across tasks.
  • Generate or evaluate prompts depending on assignment type.
  • Work with QA Leads to receive feedback and implement improvements to task quality.
  • Report completed work daily and meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Maintain accuracy, focus, and consistency in a production-based environment while working independently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of a mandatory unpaid skills-based assessment as part of the selection process.
  • Availability to work one consecutive 8-hour shift (or two 4-hour shifts) within IST windows: 06:30–15:30 IST or 19:30–03:30 IST.
  • Only logged, approved hours are paid; the project follows a no paid holidays / no paid time off model.
  • Experience or interest in AI, machine learning, data annotation, translation, localization, linguistics, or QA is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Proficient with AI and data annotation tools and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must NOT be currently residing in: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Mexico, Panama, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk), United Kingdom, United States, or Venezuela.
