Description

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry scenarios against bank fee schedules and flag mismatches between charges and disclosed fees.
  • Write statement clarification test cases that distinguish descriptor-mapping questions from genuine fraud claims and route them appropriately.
  • Create autopay setup scenarios that test incorrect payees, insufficient-funds policies, draft dates, and confirmation steps.
  • Build statement reprint cases that assess timing communication, archived statement access, fee citation, and self-service versus manual retrieval paths.
  • Develop beneficiary update scenarios that identify when routine POD changes require specialist routing due to ERISA or spousal-consent issues.
  • Design card replacement cases involving card-block urgency, fraud-signal recognition, interim mobile-wallet guidance, and delivery options.
  • Author account closure scenarios that test retention-offer eligibility logic, pending-transaction checks, and refusal handling for ineligible customers.
  • Write fraud claim warm-handoff cases that ensure immediate card blocking, proper intake capture, Regulation E timing awareness, and transfer to the disputes team.
  • Grade AI responses for factual accuracy, empathy, voice or chat tone, and clarity without over-promising.

Requirements

  • CV must be submitted in English, and applicants must indicate their English proficiency level.
  • No specific degree is required; a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is a positive signal but not mandatory.
  • 3+ years of front-line or supervisory experience in a U.S. bank or credit union call center, branch, or contact center.
  • Ability to read a bank fee schedule and determine the correct fee for a specific transaction without assistance.
  • Strong routing judgment for determining when issues belong with fraud, disputes, loan servicing, or a specialist.
  • Familiarity with Regulation E timing windows, including the 60-day customer dispute window and the bank’s 10/45-day investigation windows.
  • Awareness of ERISA spousal-consent requirements for retirement accounts and community-property state rules for beneficiary changes.
  • Experience verifying retention-offer eligibility and avoiding offers to customers who are not eligible.
  • Ability to adjust tone appropriately between warm voice-call communication and concise chat communication.
  • QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer background is a strong positive signal for grader roles.
  • AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) credential is a strong signal for autopay and electronic-payment tasks.
  • Strong written English at C1 level or above.
