Description

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, workflows, technical environments, data, and constraints.
  • Translate ambiguous challenges into technical requirements, architectures, prototypes, and delivery plans.
  • Design and build AI applications, agentic workflows, APIs, data pipelines, developer tools, and full-stack products.
  • Engineer AI harnesses, agent loops, state graphs, tools, context, permissions, evaluations, observability, and human controls.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks measuring quality, reliability, safety, latency, cost, and user value.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
  • Implement safeguards, approval workflows, fallbacks, testing, documentation, security, and continuous delivery.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues and address AI failure modes such as hallucinations, looping, prompt injection, and unsafe actions.
  • Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, data, security, and client teams while contributing reusable technical patterns.

Requirements

  • Professional experience building and deploying production-grade software, preferably AI-powered or agentic systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or a comparable language used for AI applications and developer tooling.
  • Practical experience with AI harness engineering, agent loops, tool use, context, memory, permissions, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with graph-based orchestration, state machines, multi-step workflows, and human approvals.
  • Experience designing AI evaluations, regression suites, benchmarks, human reviews, or production monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development practices.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated prototypes and secure, maintainable production systems.
  • Experience with direct customer or cross-functional delivery collaboration and excellent technical communication.
  • Comfort balancing model capability, reliability, latency, cost, security, and user experience in fast-moving environments.
  • Occasional travel for client workshops or on-site delivery; preferred experience with agent frameworks, RAG, vector search, AI observability, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, regulated enterprises, consulting, or Claude-based solutions.
