Description

Create branded AI social accounts from concept through launch, including naming, voice, visual identity, characters, and narrative world.
Develop recognizable creative concepts and narrative through-lines for each account.
Produce AI-generated short-form vertical videos from ideation and scripting through final edit.
Write account-aligned captions and hooks that drive viewership and sharing.
Publish approximately 7–10 high-quality posts per week per account.
Own day-to-day account publishing and maintain a reliable posting cadence.
Analyze performance and refine formats, hooks, prompts, and posting strategy.
Track emerging AI tools, social trends, and algorithm changes.
Attend weekly check-ins with content leadership and contribute ideas to team strategy discussions.

Requirements

Must be based in the United States.
Available for a contract commitment of 10–12 hours per week.
Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated short-form video, with a portfolio or links to published work.
Hands-on experience with GenAI video tools, particularly Higgsfield, HeyGen, Seedance, ElevenLabs, and CapCut.
Strong storytelling, design, and creative-direction skills across characters, worlds, and narratives.
Knowledge of content performance on TikTok and Instagram Reels, especially in AI, tech, and culture.
Understanding of progressive issues and the intersection of AI with politics, social justice, and culture.
Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote, asynchronous environment.
