Description

  • Guide employer clients through onboarding and ensure each group starts on time.
  • Explain how ICHRA and HRA benefits work for employees.
  • Answer client questions and resolve issues via phone, email, text, and chat.
  • Handle benefit administration, HRA compliance, and billing questions within SLA.
  • Troubleshoot setup and configuration issues with urgency.
  • Document best practices and improve internal ICHRA operations workflows.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Provide ongoing support to client groups after implementation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with ICHRA, HRA, or U.S. health insurance marketplaces is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Based in the Philippines (required).
