Description

  • Host a variety of virtual volunteering, team building, and wellness activities for corporate partners over Zoom.
  • Welcome, engage, and inspire participants during online events.
  • Support nonprofit representatives in facilitating smooth and engaging virtual experiences.
  • Manage Zoom host administration during events, including the waiting room and breakout rooms.
  • Send links in the chat as needed to support event flow.
  • Take screenshots and assist with other event-day coordination tasks.
  • Act as a supportive sidekick to the nonprofit representative leading the event.
  • Contribute to a high-quality participant experience throughout each session.

Requirements

  • Background in acting, comedy, improv, or a similar audience-facing profession.
  • Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
  • Bilingual in German and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Based in the EMEA region.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems on the fly during events.
  • Very comfortable with public speaking.
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam.
  • Flexible availability.
  • This is a remote, part-time contract position, with potential to grow into a larger role.
