Description

  • Plan, oversee, and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage customer project delivery and ensure stated deliverables are met.
  • Track and communicate team utilization, velocity, and sprint/release progress.
  • Update agile tracking systems to maintain transparency around backlogs and team progress.
  • Support the team in making commitments through capacity visibility, prioritization, and task breakdown.
  • Establish project plans, including scope, dependencies, timelines, deliverables, and features.
  • Execute project plans and monitor delivery, budget, and quality.
  • Manage project risks, report issues or delays, and escalate problems to leadership.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including cross-team and cross-unit colleagues.
  • Handle contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a Project Manager role.
  • Understanding of project management methods, practices, and tools such as Excel, Jira, Miro, or similar.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to evaluate project scope, cost, and risks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills without assistance.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in an organized and efficient way.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills without assistance; conflict-solving skills with assistance.
  • Upper-Intermediate or fluent English.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting others.
