Description

  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support Product Marketing initiatives.
  • Gather and organize input from Product Management, Sales, and Delivery teams to keep marketing materials current.
  • Track competitor communications and help prepare battle cards and competitive analysis materials.
  • Translate product features into clear customer-facing benefits and value messaging.
  • Support the creation and updating of value propositions for specific products or segments.
  • Help develop buyer personas based on research and collected information.
  • Create and update sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling guidance.
  • Assist with presentations, business decks, and other internal materials.
  • Support go-to-market activities for new product and feature launches, including coordinating materials and timelines.
  • Help prepare RFP responses by collecting relevant product positioning and key value materials.
  • Maintain the marketing materials library and manage document version control.
  • Track basic campaign and content performance metrics, identify trends or deviations, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into material updates.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B marketing, including SaaS, MarTech, IT products, or services.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Understanding of Product Marketing basics or experience supporting sales teams; internships and educational projects are also considered.
  • Basic understanding of the B2B sales process and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and structure insights from multiple sources.
  • Strong structured thinking and logical communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a responsible approach to content quality.
  • Ability to create clear business content such as briefs, one-pagers, FAQs, and other marketing materials.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to improve materials based on it.
  • Understanding of marketing and product metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, and Open Rate, and ability to interpret results.
