Description

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs aligned with business goals, target segments, and market needs.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products, campaigns, and marketing initiatives in the assigned region.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to shape marketing recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Managers to support pipeline development and accelerate deals.
  • Identify late-stage deal support opportunities and contribute to successful deal closure.
  • Track and document the impact of marketing activities on deal progression and revenue.
  • Build case studies from successful deals that demonstrate marketing’s contribution to business outcomes.
  • Run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for key regional accounts.
  • Develop and implement personalized marketing activities across the customer journey for strategic accounts.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate participation in regional events, conferences, and industry activities.
  • Manage event logistics, content, and follow-up activities to maximize event results.
  • Monitor marketing performance, prepare regular reports, and maintain accurate CRM attribution and data.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, especially regional or field marketing.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to support pipeline development and sales acceleration.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions is preferred.
  • Strong self-organization and ownership, with the ability to run marketing initiatives end to end.
  • Understanding of how marketing supports business goals, pipeline impact, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Marketing, and global marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying regional growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to flag risks, propose solutions, and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with ABM, event marketing, or account-level campaigns is a plus.
