Description

  • Manage day-to-day SEO campaigns for multiple clients across local, on-site, off-site, and technical SEO.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks, measure results, and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise website content, including blogs, landing pages, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements such as site speed, crawl error fixes, schema, and mobile optimisation.
  • Manage local SEO activity, including Google Business Profiles, citations, and local keyword targeting.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Create and optimise SEO content for multiple client websites, including blog posts, landing pages, and meta descriptions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SEO performance issues through data-driven analysis.
  • Lead and mentor junior SEO team members through training, guidance, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, PPC, social media, and content teams to embed SEO best practices across digital marketing activity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in on-site, off-site, technical, and content SEO, ideally in an agency environment with multiple clients.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Experience planning and executing strategic link-building initiatives through outreach to relevant websites and influencers.
  • Experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager tracking tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to benchmark competitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understanding of technical website and server improvements that support SEO performance.
  • Experience creating SEO content and optimising URLs, keywords, meta tags, internal links, and external links.
  • Ability to advise on content recommendations that improve organic performance and reach.
  • Thorough knowledge of white-hat SEO techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-changing SEO landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive, energetic, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
