Description

  • Own and continuously evolve the Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Build and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned to revenue, contribution, and growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve advertising performance across products, categories, marketplaces, and customer segments.
  • Analyze advertising performance and translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ACOS, TACOS, contribution, and overall advertising efficiency.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Design and lead structured testing programmes with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement frameworks.
  • Drive experimentation across audience targeting, dayparting, creative, Sponsored Brands Video, automation, and emerging ad formats.
  • Identify and implement AI tools, workflows, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Lead a team of two PPC specialists and set priorities for campaign execution and optimization.
  • Create scalable frameworks, processes, and playbooks that improve advertising performance.
  • Raise the strategic capability of the wider PPC function through documentation, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience for e-commerce brands, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Deep expertise across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Proven experience developing PPC strategy rather than solely executing campaign management.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify opportunities from large datasets and performance trends.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing performance and recommending high-impact improvements.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation to improve productivity, analysis, decision-making, or campaign performance.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of profitability drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and defend strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a high-performance environment.
  • Experience building reporting, automation, or data workflows (desirable).
  • Experience managing large Amazon advertising budgets across multiple marketplaces (desirable).
  • Commercially minded and highly ambitious, with a curious and continuous-improvement mindset.
