Description

  • Provide production support for the account team across paid social campaigns and client work.
  • Build and update campaigns, ads, targeting, placements, negatives, and related account settings in platform ad managers.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare formatted reports with clear write-ups and insights.
  • Monitor budget pacing and flag delivery issues when spend is above or below KPI targets.
  • Implement account tasks and optimizations across 2-4 paid social channels including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, including taking notes and communicating updates.
  • Understand bidding methodologies and support bid adjustment strategy.
  • Speak to channel performance on client calls.
  • Learn DEPT’s paid social marketing methodologies and apply best practices in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of paid social or relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data insights.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
  • Meta Ads Certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with TikTok and Snapchat is preferred.
  • Energetic, creative, and eager to learn and grow in marketing is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and able to work independently and in a team is preferred.
