Description

  • Aggregate, clean, and organize data across digital and social analytics platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and develop competitive analyses across web, search, media, and social channels.
  • Synthesize research findings into strategic narratives that guide client communications and marketing decisions.
  • Manage daily social and online media monitoring and activation.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly listening, measurement, and trends reporting.
  • Conduct influencer assessments to support client and influencer engagement programs.
  • Build keyword-based queries to collect and analyze data.
  • Partner with data visualization and data science teams on visualizations, proprietary tools, and data management.
  • Support employee onboarding, training, and community outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing, PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, or primary/syndicated research.
  • General understanding of the digital and social media landscape and a passion for social media analysis.
  • Familiarity with basic keyword development and/or Boolean query building.
  • Experience using digital and social media monitoring tools such as Meltwater, TrendKite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, or Radian6.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis (implied by the role).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in a US office or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
