Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, social media, and email channels.
  • Create content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report results with recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build community.
  • Assist with organizing promotional events and campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and improve client engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
