Description

  • Build, audit, and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, including pipelines, workflows, automations, triggers, and integrations.
  • Develop and troubleshoot end-to-end CRM automation systems for lead intake, follow-ups, pipeline movement, tagging, appointment booking, and voicemail drops.
  • Manage CRM data integrity across multiple client accounts, including contact records, custom values, segmentation, and tagging.
  • Support AI conversation bot deployments by configuring workflow triggers and custom value mapping.
  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Set up campaign structures for awareness, lead generation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, troubleshoot disapprovals, and manage budget pacing and audience fatigue.
  • Create static ad creatives in multiple formats and produce variations for A/B testing.
  • Maintain organized creative assets and make quick updates to existing designs as needed.
  • Support the Account Manager with campaign data, insights, client updates, onboarding, SOP documentation, and special projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for service-based businesses, preferably in healthcare, B2B, or professional services.
  • 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience as a power user building pipelines, workflows, and automations from scratch.
  • Proven ability to manage 15+ client accounts simultaneously without performance drops.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, ad structures, pixels, lead forms, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with CRM systems, automation logic, and lead tracking.
  • Solid graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a system-building mindset.
  • Reliable availability during U.S. business hours with a fast response time.
