Description

  • Own end-to-end, full-funnel paid social strategy across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Manage media execution, operational excellence, and adherence to paid social best practices.
  • Translate measurement and creative insights into client growth plans and go-to-market narratives.
  • Lead client communications, including calls and emails, with clear storytelling tailored to different audiences.
  • Drive measurement modernization through frameworks that connect paid social activity to business outcomes.
  • Lead experimentation roadmaps that expand measurement signals and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Champion hybrid and AI-assisted workflows for campaign builds, audience generation, creative testing, and reporting.
  • Partner with Creative, Data Strategy, Paid Search, and Programmatic teams to demonstrate paid social impact within broader digital strategy.
  • Build and maintain platform partner relationships, including RFPs, learning agendas, testing roadmaps, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coach and mentor Managers and contribute to training and team development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience in an agency or client environment with increasing account ownership.
  • Hands-on experience across major paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, and Google.
  • Experience building, optimizing, analyzing, reporting on, and designing experiments for paid social campaigns.
  • Strong technical fluency with incrementality, MMM, server-to-server integrations, and CAPI/SDK.
  • Experience putting measurement methodologies into production or partnering closely with analytics and data engineering teams.
  • Proven client and stakeholder management experience, including leading QBRs and presenting executive-ready narratives.
  • Experience working with clean-room integrations or enterprise measurement programs.
  • Prior responsibility for platform partner engagement at the client level, including alpha and beta access advocacy and technical integration support.
  • Preferred: Experience using Smartly.
  • Preferred: Advanced analytical skills, including SQL or comparable analytics proficiency and comfort with BI tools and dashboards.
