Description

  • Own paid media strategy, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for assigned accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end performance and strategic oversight of designated paid media accounts.
  • Lead a team of Media Supervisors and Senior Media Managers through delegation, guidance, and performance development.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts and handle escalations.
  • Partner with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director to align on client goals, priorities, and efficiency needs.
  • Drive account growth by increasing billing, expanding channel support, and identifying opportunities for new media coverage.
  • Develop and deploy monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Generate reports, write insights, and communicate recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain held accounts through ongoing optimizations, structural updates, bidding changes, conversion adjustments, and copy revisions.
  • Use AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflows, reporting, and performance.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging from $200K to $1MM per month.
  • Experience developing paid media strategy, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks across multiple channels.
  • Extensive campaign management experience across Google and Bing platforms, including Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Video.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, lead generation, brand awareness, and incremental lift measurement.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion/optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset needs, and establish a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience with a focus on reporting insights and optimizing toward business goals.
  • Team management, delegation, and development experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
