Description

  • Take full ownership of the company’s financial system and payment infrastructure and continuously optimize it.
  • Prepare, maintain, and own core financial reporting, including P&L, cash flow, unit economics, and investor reports.
  • Execute daily financial operations, including payment processing, financial task review, and payroll management.
  • Build expense forecasts, track budget-versus-actual performance, and maintain financial spreadsheets and models.
  • Create and distribute monthly payslips for all employees.
  • Monitor cash flow across multiple bank accounts and crypto wallets while minimizing exchange risks and transaction fees.
  • Conduct regular audits of expenses, software subscriptions, and vendor contracts to identify cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain clear, scalable financial processes and models from scratch.
  • Support financial operations with strong oversight and ownership across the finance function.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of finance experience, ideally within Crypto or iGaming startups.
  • Big 4 background is mandatory, ideally from KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, or EY.
  • Deep, hands-on experience building and managing P&L and complex cash flow models.
  • Previous experience as Head of Finance or CFO is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of industry legislation, financial compliance, and international B2B payments.
  • Hands-on ability to build scalable financial models from scratch.
  • English at B1 level with strong written communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • High degree of autonomy and ability to work independently.
