Description

  • Own the website growth roadmap and prioritise work against pipeline and acquisition goals.
  • Improve conversion across key journeys including the homepage, product pages, pricing pages, trial flows, and demo flows.
  • Design, build, and launch pages in HubSpot CMS using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Run experiments from hypothesis to result and use AI tooling to increase experimentation velocity.
  • Develop technical page architecture that supports search and AI visibility, including schema markup and structured data.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, including Core Web Vitals, load speed, and technical health.
  • Use GA4, heatmaps, session data, and attribution signals to inform decisions and reporting.
  • Maintain CMS architecture that is scalable, fast to update, and consistent in quality.
  • Support five business units and collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager.
  • Use AI to automate routine audits, pressure-test CRO ideas, and create lightweight interactive experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in CRO and conversion improvement.
  • Strong front-end fundamentals with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot CMS and CRM.
  • Understanding of AI tooling, including agentic web development and MPC.
  • Solid UX/UI and design instincts.
  • Experience with testing rigour and experimentation methodology.
  • Comfortable owning a growth channel with high autonomy.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Data-led decision-making experience with GA4, attribution, and funnel analysis.
  • High standards for quality and clarity in UX and messaging.
  • Remote-first mindset and ability to work primarily from the UK.
  • B2B SaaS or fintech background preferred.
  • Technical SEO and LLM optimisation experience preferred.
  • Experience with schema markup and structured data preferred.
  • Framer or Webflow experience preferred.
  • API or webhook experience preferred.
  • Startup or scaleup experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of shares and share schemes preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote team preferred.
