Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for high-value accounts and drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead complex negotiations with C-level executives and procurement stakeholders across long sales cycles.
  • Identify and pursue high-growth market segments to expand market share and outperform competitors.
  • Design and implement scalable sales playbooks and improve sales process discipline.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting practices.
  • Act as the voice of the market to Product and Engineering teams and provide direct feedback on customer and market needs.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships that support market penetration and growth.
  • Use data to identify sales barriers, improve conversion rates, and strengthen pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven success in high-growth B2B sales or enterprise business development.
  • Experience operating in high-stakes environments with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen for navigating the Indian B2B market.
  • Track record of using data to optimize conversion rates, deconstruct sales barriers, and build robust pipelines.
  • Expertise in structuring complex commercial contracts and navigating legal/compliance hurdles in Indian enterprise sales.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and Slack is preferred.
  • Familiarity with equity, SPVs, and company ownership structures is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Must be primarily based in India and eligible to work in the country.
