Description

  • Provide front-line technical support to clients by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and document software-related problems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify, escalate, and resolve bugs.
  • Assist clients with training and guidance to help them use the software effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Stay current on product updates and communicate enhancements to clients when needed.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation to provide emergency assistance outside regular business hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a software support or development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to helping clients solve technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common web browsers.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting mobile apps on iOS and Android.
  • Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in software support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada.
  • Must comply with the FBI CJIS Security Policy and pass a comprehensive fingerprint-based background check.
  • Additional customer-contract security verification requirements may apply.
