Description

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for complex implementation engagements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Specialists, Data Migration & Integration Specialists, and Deployment Specialists.
Manage project scope and change control, resolving scope deviations with technical and client stakeholders.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining action logs and escalating when needed.
Facilitate status meetings, steering committee updates, and project governance forums with internal and client stakeholders.
Maintain project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing milestones, and revenue recognition activities.
Support client relationship management throughout the implementation lifecycle and help set and meet expectations.
Contribute to improving project management tools, templates, and processes used by the implementation team.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and organizational priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Specialist-level knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently across competing priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for enterprise-scale implementations.
Background in public safety, government technology, or mission-critical enterprise software is strongly preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance, with possible additional customer security verification requirements.
